The project, whether it involves the construction of a new complex or an intervention on an existing building, is conceived as the development of an activity that must guarantee the Client the achievement of their expectations in formal and functional terms. The design represents a synthesis of all the themes that contribute to the realisation of the building; structural and systems aspects are therefore compounded from the very first steps, as well as the economic and management aspects of value engineering.
Site supervision is attentive and draws on experience gained in managing contracts in both the private and public sectors, thanks to knowledge of the critical aspects of procurement and construction processes.
This is the sector that more than any other collects and summarises decades of experience in the construction world. We are able to tackle wide-ranging projects in the field of steel, reinforced concrete and glass structures, as well as intervene on existing buildings with consolidation and static improvement works on both foundation and elevation structures.
In addition to technical site supervision, in-progress and final testing is carried out, coordinating all activities related to material sampling and instrumental control of performance requirements. In the field of structural glass, the firm has accumulated more than a decade of experience, tackling the design and verification, also with an experimental approach, of complex construction systems where the use of large-format panels is combined with metal or reinforced concrete structures.
